FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
Usually an hour will get you between 60-100 photos in a full gallery, and two hours will be between 125-200. It all depends on how quickly the client can learn to pose efficiently, or how long it takes to walk from place to place at each location. There are no 100% promises on amount of photos in a gallery, but I always strive for 60 Minimum (for an hour session)!
How should I dress for my Senior session?
Choose outfits that feel like you! Something you’re comfortable in and confident wearing. I recommend bringing 2–4 outfits so we can capture the different sides of your personality. Think about variety: a casual look, a dressy option, and something that reflects your hobbies or style (sports gear, band jacket, a favorite sweater, etc.).
Solid colors or simple patterns photograph beautifully, but don’t be afraid to add layers, textures, or accessories that bring your look to life. Avoid large logos or super busy prints that might distract from your face or make you blend in with the backgrounds.
If you need help, I’m always happy to offer styling tips, answer questions, or help you choose outfits that fit the vibe of your session!
Do you offer prints or albums?
Yes I do! I go through MPix, Pixieset, or Shutterfly! Just shoot me a mail explaining what you are wanting and I will put it together and order it in for you! I can either send the item(s) directly to you, or we can meet again for coffee and I will hand deliver your special additions to your home.
What’s the best time of year to have a senior session?
The most popular seasons for senior photos are late spring, summer, and early fall—each offering its own beautiful vibe. Spring brings soft greens and blooming scenery, summer gives you golden sunsets and warm, relaxed energy, and fall offers rich colors and cozy style options.
Most seniors book their session between April and October, but the best time really depends on the look you want and how you plan to use your photos (yearbook deadlines, graduation announcements, etc.).

What is your turnaround time for delivering photos?
For most shoots I have a return time of 6-8 weeks, but for Weddings and other big events, It will take around 10-14 weeks. I often get things done and sent sooner, but If I am backed up with shoots It may take the full time.
What are your payment terms and cancellation policies?
I require that the client pays the down payment of at least 50% 6 weeks prior the shoot day. I must receive the rest of the payment or have the payment in full before any Sneak peaks or the full gallery will be sent. If the client wishes to reschedule- the payment will carry over to the new date. However, if the client wishes to cancel altogether, The downpayment will not be returned, as it is payment for the date that I may have to pass up on another shoot for. If the client pays in full prior to the shoot, and happens to cancel, they will receive back everything minus the downpayment.
