Reaching Out
Send me a message through my contact form or email with what type of session you’re interested in, your preferred date or timeframe, and any details you’d like me to know off the bat. This is where it all begins!

Chat & Plan
I’ll get back to you to talk through your vision, location ideas, timing, and any other questions you have. You will receive a google form at this time to help answer some basic "get to know you" questions followed by some questions about the session and what you are looking for!
For some sessions (like newborns or weddings), we may set up a meeting with coffee or adult beverages (on me of course) to go over everything more in depth (in person preferred but not required).

Book your Date
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your booking proposal with your session details, contract, and invoice. A retainer (a non-refundable downpayment) and signed contract will officially reserve your date on my calendar!
04.
Session Prep
After you’re booked, I’ll help you feel completely prepared! Outfit guidance and styling tips, location suggestions, timeline planning (especially for weddings and seniors), any special requests or must-have shots, etc. You don’t have to figure it all out alone; I’ll help walk you through it! At this time, feel free to send any inspo you may have for posing, editing, etc. to really show me what kind of aesthetic we are going for!
My Process

Session Day
This is the fun part! We meet at our chosen location, take our time, and keep things relaxed and super comfortable. I’ll gently guide you with prompts and direction, but I also leave plenty of room for real moments to unfold; laughter, cuddles, quiet in-betweens, and everything that makes your story yours!

Editing & Artwork
After your session, I carefully go through your images, choose the best ones, and hand-edit each one in my signature style. This is where the magic comes together! If there's any specific style you are wanting for edits feel free to send over a collage of edited photography you like best!
07.
Gallery Delivery
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view all your final images, download your high-resolution files, and share with family and friends!
From here, you can also select favorites for prints, albums, or other keepsakes!

Prints and Products
If you’d like, I can help you choose from printed artwork, albums, wall art, or prints so your photos don’t just live on a screen! I’m happy to guide you through what will look best in your home, or just assist in that process for you!
Staying Connected
Your story doesn’t end with one session! Whether it’s your next milestone, another season of life, or just because. I’d love to photograph your family’s journey as it continues on in it's legacy for as long as you will have me.
FAQS
How many pictures will we receive?
Usually an hour will get you between 80-125 photos in a full gallery, and two hours will be between 150-200. It all depends on how many people need to be posed and how quickly the client can learn to pose efficiently. There are no promises on amount of photos in a gallery, but I always strive for 60 Minimum (for an hour session)!
Do you offer prints or albums?
Yes I do! I go through MPix, Pixieset, or Shutterfly!
How should we dress for our family session?
Find a color scheme you like, and get each member to have individual colors on that blend well next to each other as a whole. EX: mom wears blue shirt with white cardigan, dad wears black shirt, child 1 wears a white shirt, child 2 wears blue shirt, etc. Just dress professionally in clean, nice clothing and I will take care of the rest! Also, don't forget to bring extra clothes for young children or newborns in case of any accidents, such as getting dirty, spit up, a simple outfit change, etc.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Within the first 3 months is best, as babies grow and change so quickly! I highly suggest in the first two months or ASAP for best memories/ details!
This session will require an outfit change or two, incase of any and all "oopsies" that come with infants. We will also need a bottle or two and any other items that help sooth your baby for precious sleeping photos!
What are your payment terms and cancellation policies?
I require that the client pays the down payment of at least 50% 6 weeks prior the shoot day (4 months for weddings) and If the client wishes to reschedule- the payment will carry over to the new date. However, if the client wishes to cancel altogether, The downpayment will not be returned, as it is payment for the date that I may have to pass up on another shoot for. If the client pays in full prior to the shoot, and happens to cancel, they will receive back everything minus the downpayment.
What is your turnaround time for delivering photos?
For most shoots I have a return time of 6-8 weeks, but for Weddings and other big events, It will take around 10-14 weeks. I often get things done and sent sooner, but If I am backed up with shoots It may take the full time.
